OUR PROCESS

DESIGN

Our design process starts with a dream meeting. We take time to sit down with your team and contractors that are involved with the project. IPS wants to understand the mission and vision of the church and understand its long-term goals.
We feel it is a disservice to design a system that is at max functionality on day one. We strive to design systems and infrastructure that allow for expansion of the systems as the church grows. After this meeting, our designers take time to build a complete equipment list as well as drawings of the systems. We work directly with your architect and contractors to provide them the information they need so that our systems seamlessly integrate into your new space.
BUILD

We now begin the engineering and installation phase where we take all the design elements and physically build your systems at our shop in Franklin, TN. This way, every system is constructed and tested in house before we arrive on site for the install.
Once all preparations are complete, we begin the physical on-site installation of the equipment and complete testing to ensure everything works as intended. Then we commission the systems and extensively train your entire team, so they are prepared for opening weekend. We will be on site for the first service in your facility to ensure your staff is comfortable operating the new systems.
GROW

A great design is wonderful, but it takes a team of great people working together to create world-class experiences. Our goal at IPS is to build systems that grow with you and your ministry. We believe that a common mission and vision will allow us to continue to meet your needs years after the project is complete. We commit to be your long-term partner throughout the project and after its completion.

AUDIO

Quality audio helps to reach your audience effectively. We focus on clarity of the message, even coverage, and custom solutions for unique styles and environments. We offer a wide range of processing, amplification, speakers, and console manufacturers to create the best solution to fit your budget.
VIDEO

We develop video systems effectively and creatively for each new project. Our high-quality broadcast/streaming will deliver that live experience to your virtual audience. Excellent IMAG (image magnification) via LED walls or projection will also ensure your in-house audience can see the message as well as hear it. In addition, our systems are designed to expand as technology advances and your needs increase through the years.
LIGHTING

A well-lit space can provide much more than just the ability to see things clearly. Light can create dynamic and visually captivating environments that leave people feeling inspired. But, on the other hand, light can become very distracting and irritating to the eye if it is not designed into your space correctly. Our team focuses on creating impactful and creative lighting designs that not only allow you to have a great experience at your seat but can also translate when captured through video.
ACOUSTICS

A core foundation of every room is quality acoustical design and balance. The most important focus of a performance space is an acoustic design that emphasizes room shaping and material selection. The second foundation of acoustic design is sound isolation, and the third is HVAC (mechanical) noise control. All three play a critical role in the performance of the space. We use room shaping and hyper-specialized absorption and diffusion materials to optimize the room's acoustic performance. This varies based on programming needs and can include anything from traditional panels to tuneable resonating panels.
